It’s our 9th year of chocolate, cheese, & beer! We couldn’t be more excited to share this year’s four-course dinner with you – a dinner where we shine a light on the best of New England cheeses and chocolate, all paired with our farm-fresh beers.
We’re working on the menu now, but just thought we’d mention that last year’s evening included a local cheese and charcuterie board (complete with house-made crackers and jams), fettuccine with feta and Enna chocolate, artisan cheese curd-stuffed arancini, and a goat milk ricotta pie with beer wort caramel, blue cheese, and chocolate!
And the beers! There will be six beer pairings- a few making their debut that week. Our brewers have given their blessing to share a few with you here, so if a new Pineapple Party Pants (Pina Colada-Inspired) Sour, Belgian Strong Ale, and Salted Caramel Milk Stout sound up your alley, consider making your reservation now!
Seats are $55/person (plus tax & gratuity) and are available upon reservation via email, phone, or here at the brewery. Upon making a reservation, we’ll grab your credit card, which won’t be charged until the end of the evening on 2/26/20.
