An intimate class with Salina McIntyre of Neighborhood Beer Co and Chef Ryan Briolat of Row 34. Starting with the brewing process, we will focus specifically on the German beer brewing process, ingredients, and styles. We will then move to how to assess and taste beer, and some German style indicators that you can only get through smell and taste.
Chef Ryan will then lead a food pairing, which will include the best practices for pairing German beer and food, and how to drink and eat together. The $20 ticket price includes a flight of beer for the class, a Neighborhood Beer Co branded glass, light fare, and a pour of your favorite Neighborhood Beer Co offering.
All proceeds will go to the Seacoast Repertory Theater. For those that would like to enjoy German beer without the class, we will have specials on all Neighborhood Beer Co. beer that night, including pouring their newest release.
